One of the truly [[cursed]] thinguses. Around 2000 McDonald's ran a giveaway based on the board game [[Monopoly]] resulting in the extremely rigged ** McDonald's Monopoly** promotion. We were supposed to win TVs and shit but the mafia stole them all or something.

I used to stare at the ground thinking I'd see a winning Monopoly sticker on the ground. They used to be everywhere. It turned out the entire thing was rigged and nobody won any of the good shit, the only shit you'd win was like the small stuff like free food.
