The Chevy Astrovan also known as the High Top was an early 1990s vehicle the Grans used for trips to The Hamptons and Florida. Described as “sick” at the time of purchase, it had many features like bucket seats, a radio at one of them, cupholders, christmas lights, and a bench that turned into a bed. Dad had a power converter and on long trips we would play games on the NES or the PlayStation. There is a video of the high top in the Loading screen before each A Thingus to the Past stream.

While the Grans were watching Jurassic Park on VHS at a family friend's Upanayana, the High Top was stolen from an elevated parking lot in Queens, NY.

We got the high top back but all the stuff inside was taken, like the TV and VCR and all of our VHS tapes like The Lion King. Those monsters even stole the Taz Pillow. No games or consoles were stolen.
